Melanie Seibold's experience in marketing, sales, event planning and catering management spans two decades and across multiple markets throughout central & southwest Florida, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York City. Her career includes owning and managing two catering operations, as well as heading catering sales for a national restaurant franchise. Menu-247 is Melanie's brain child, and the first service of its kind in southwest Florida as of 2008. Menu-247 is the logical response to clients who say "Thanks for making my catering choices so simple!" Melanie quickly understood that one phone call to Menu-247 would connect people who need catering with many popular area restaurants and caterers. Her reputation for providing the best possible catered menu selections within the client's guidelines makes it easy to order catering for any type of event - no matter how small or large. |

Jamie Ross never retires. Nor does she see herself as a retiring kind of person. Born and educated at Miami University in Ohio, the solid Midwestern work ethic continues to percolate in southwest Florida since 1998, and in the San Francisco Bay Area, Chicago, and Seattle before that. She is at ease with event planning, personalized service, and marketing. Jamie consistently provides leadership and reliable performance results – as she's done on behalf of charity or for individuals' enjoyment, from private parties to large country club affairs. Jamie is thoroughly vetted for knowing the area's attributes from her experience as a licensed real estate broker, and as an event planner and entrepreneur. It's all about people & the places they love to be – especially when planning what to eat at any special occasion or important gathering. |

Kathy Ardito is Menu-247's reliable, efficient, and superbly experienced provider for food and bar staff services. Kathy's family has been in the catering business for two generations in both Florida and Connecticut. In southwest Florida alone, the Ardito group has easily gained its impeccable reputation over the last three years as one client after another enjoys the Ardito's personal style and top, professional attention. Staffing for food and bar ranges from the smallest, most intimate party to larger events of up to 100 guests. Menu-247 partners with Naples Express Meals, a delivery service of utmost vitality and reliability. You'll know them by their logos on the front of their sharp corporate shirts! These young, energetic entrepreneurs are studied business people who chose the west coast of Florida a few years ago because of its postcard perfection for both nurturing a business and for raising a family. Family owned and operated, Naples Express Meals is unusually savvy in our resort market because of the excellent way of allowing technology to help them get your food promptly to your door. They're fast and attentive to all their customers. So unless we let you in on a little detail here, you might not also find out that On's husband is a sushi chef, too! We love them, and you will too! A gratuity (at your discretion) will let them know you appreciate their punctual and courteous service.

Menu-247 makes your life easier by managing all your catering needs from start to finish without any cost to you! We can handle the preparation of your catering order -- ordering from food establishments that prepare hot and continental breakfasts, American, Italian, Mexican, Greek, Chinese, seafood, deli, salads, coffee bars, and much, much more. And we are not just order takers! We work closely with you and the food provider, and if necessary, the delivery driver, to make sure your food is taken care of every step of the way
PS: Menu-247’s business partners have personal lives as well as a public conscience! Melanie and Jamie's personal interests dovetail as nicely as their professional skills. They're family people. Don't be surprised to run across either of them schmoozing at the beach, walking the dog, (the cat refuses to leave the lanai), dining out with colleagues or family, or happily involved in local events. Menu-247 looks to donate to the YMCA of Collier County, as well as to other local charities, whenever possible.
